Pivot and Productions provided all Audio Visual design, implementation, show management, and technicians for this high profile AI product launch from Tools for Humanity, Sam Altman's newest endeavor.
With an extremely short runway – only about three weeks – Pivot Event Productions’ Team came through with flying colors to execute a complicated experience for our client. Through a week’s worth of additions, changes, and adjustments, the Pivot Team kept clear heads and provided solutions to new daily challenges that tend to arise when large events are planned in a very short time frame.
